Ladies and Gentlemen, I am making a journal post. Something I don't normally do. I roll through life and forget that I might forget things...Yea

That said, here's summer:

No job, no money, living the life. Friends are great except when they're not. Parents want the world, I just want a pair of shoes. Creation is only limitless if your pockets are deep. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. What happens in Vegas better turn profit. Luck is subjective. It's hard to change the world when people hate you. Always always always pre-reg. There's nothing like spending quality time with family, especially when emotionally unstable. Few things are as rewarding as a day in the fields. Procrastination is like Masturbation, feels good for a while but you are only screwing yourself. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

And last but not least..."I had a bad day, but I couldn't be happier. Cause I'm still here. That means that I won!"

~~What The Fuck?~~

Now then, to the title. I am in the marching band, and therefor, whenever there is a football game here at home. The OSU marching band will be there to do the pep band thing. But, once the game finishes, we all head to Midway and get wasted.

I never used to go to these parties, not my thing. But with my 21st this summer, I thought I'd at least show up. Sitting around with some drummer friends, one turned to me and asked, "Do you drink?" I shrugged and said no. He reached into his bag and brought forth a bottle of what looked like wine and said, "You do now."

He was right. He and I tossed a pair of bottles back and forth and just started laughing. I never thought myself as much of a drinker, never had a taste for it. But that night, i just went for it. Something that surprised me, I didn't get drunk to my knowledge. Then again, he said it was a lightweight mead, so I can only guess.

With this in mind, I'm going to the next party. Expect my vocabulary to drop significantly in my next journal update.
